Testosterone assessment

Understand your
testosterone health.

A doctor-led assessment for men with symptoms and blood results that raise questions about testosterone deficiency.

Your symptoms deserve a proper assessment.

Testosterone deficiency assessment considers symptoms, medical history, physical health and relevant blood results together. A blood result alone does not establish which management option is appropriate.

  • Scheduled TRT consultation and bloodwork review
  • Prescriptions where clinically appropriate
  • One routine pathology referral per review period
  • Care management, administration and non-clinical check-ins with our team

Before your consultation

Recent pathology is required. Suitable existing results can be uploaded, or you can request an initial referral through the short pathology pathway.

Follow-up and ongoing care

TRT reviews are generally three-monthly. The doctor may consider four-monthly reviews for suitable stable patients. The review schedule is an individual clinical decision and may change.

Your standard $360 three-month clinic fee includes the scheduled TRT consultation, prescriptions where clinically appropriate, one routine pathology referral per review period, care management, administration and non-clinical check-ins with our team. Scheduled TRT consultations and doctor-requested reviews associated with prescription renewal are included. Additional consultations, letters and pathology referrals are charged separately; see the fee breakdown. If your doctor issues a prescription following assessment, your eScript is sent directly to you. You may use a pharmacy of your choice, subject to its dispensing requirements and availability. Medication is paid for separately at that pharmacy’s price. Elite TRT does not add a markup to medication costs. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

Travel & workplace documentation

Documentation for
life outside the clinic.

Doctors can provide appropriate supporting letters for prescribed treatment, including travel, employers and FIFO or mining work. Requirements vary; acceptance by employers or overseas authorities cannot be guaranteed. Travel letters cost $50. Clinical summary letters or referrals to other doctors cost $50. These are separate from the $360 review-period fee. Contact the team to discuss the documentation needed.

A letter can document that your medication has been prescribed as part of your medical care. Contact our team and let us know what the letter is for and what information is needed.
