Your $360 standard three-month fee includes the scheduled TRT consultation, prescriptions where clinically appropriate, one routine pathology referral per review period, care management, administration and non-clinical check-ins with our team. Extra consultations, letters and pathology referrals have separate fees.

These are initial assessment referral fees. Your ongoing $360 review-period fee includes one routine pathology referral for scheduled monitoring. Additional pathology referrals cost $30 each. If you already have suitable results, new initial referrals may not be needed.

Three review periods at $360 where the doctor approves four-monthly reviews for a suitable stable patient. The same stated inclusions apply per review period. Additional services are charged separately. Four-month intervals are a clinical decision for suitable stable patients, not a selectable subscription or discount plan.
If your doctor issues a prescription following assessment, your eScript is sent directly to you. You may use a pharmacy of your choice, subject to its dispensing requirements and availability. Medication is paid for separately at that pharmacy’s price. Elite TRT does not add a markup to medication costs.
A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Optional pharmacy delivery may attract a shipping charge.
Included in your ongoing care
Your clinic fee covers the ongoing work involved in managing your care.
Your scheduled TRT consultation, bloodwork review and prescribing where clinically appropriate. Doctor-requested reviews associated with prescription renewal are included. An additional consultation you request during the period, such as to discuss other bloodwork, costs $120.
One routine referral per review period for your scheduled monitoring. Additional pathology referrals beyond this inclusion cost $30 each.
Our team can help with non-clinical questions, appointments, results and care coordination. This does not include unlimited doctor consultations.
